COVID-19 Business Update

Dear valued customer,

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic we have focussed on protecting the health of our colleagues while continuing to deliver the best possible level of service in this fast-changing situation, and have taken significantly heightened business continuity measures. These include:

- Home working as standard: All of our office colleagues are now working from home, seamlessly supporting customers thanks to remote working and online collaboration tools such as Amazon Chime and Cisco WebEx.

- All logistic centres are open and functioning: We continue to implement strict precautionary measures in our logistics and integration centres, in accordance with government and public health requirements, to reduce risk for colleagues who are performing their duties and enable us to continue to facilitate the movement of goods.

- Mitigation of stock and delivery concerns: We are working with our vendors and freight partners to minimise any disruption to the supply chain but please be aware that delivery times may be extended for certain products and you can check the latest updates on your order from your account page. All deliveries are contact-free.

DTE’s executive team will continue to monitor the situation and adapt our operations as much as possible to ensure the continuity of business and confidently protect the health and well-being of our colleagues.
