What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards for online orders.
When will my payment be taken for online orders?
All online payments are made before the order is dispatched.
I ordered the wrong product or have changed my mind. Can I return it?
If you have ordered the wrong product or changed your mind, you have 7 days to request a return. All items must be returned in unused condition complete with original packaging, boxes and warranty cards. A 15% discretionary restocking fee may apply. To start a return, open a "Returns Request" from your online account. Login to your account, click on "My Orders", select the order you wish to return and click on "Request Return", then select the product(s) you would like to return, select a "Reason" for the request and the "Serial Number" then hit "Submit RMA Request". When your return request is approved you will receive an RMA number and further instructions of how to return you product(s). The RMA must be enclosed with your returned product(s) and is valid for 10 days.
I received the wrong item. How can I return it?
If you discover any discrepancies with your order please report it to us within 48 hours of receipt. You can do this by calling 0845 6588810, quoting your order number.
My order has arrived damaged what should I do?
Any goods damaged on arrival must be signed for as damaged with the courier and reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. You can do this by either calling us on 0845 6588810 or by raising a "Returns Request" from your online account. Select the order number that you wish to return, then select the product(s) you would like to return, then select "Request Return", providing a reason for the request and the product serial number.
My product is faulty what should I do?
If you believe that the product is under warranty, please ensure that you have read the "Troubleshooting" section of the user manual (if available) as many common issues can be resolved form that. Call the Technical Support Team of the product manufacturer to see if they can help resolve the problem. If you still can't resolve the problem open a "Return Request". Login to your account, click on "My Orders", select the order you wish to return and click on "Request Return", then select the product(s) you would like to return, select the "Reason" for the request and the "Serial Number" then hit "Submit RMA Request". We will then be in touch to discuss what options are available to you.
I placed an order but it still hasn’t been shipped.
Whilst we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours sometimes this may not be possible. Please contact us on 0845 6588810, quoting your order number and we will provide you with an update.
How quickly are orders dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt, but can't guarantee this for all products. All orders are shipped by courier with full tracking information.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
I am not sure if someone will be available to receive my order will it still be delivered?
All orders require a signature on delivery.

Yes, we can either work as the sole IT service provider or work with your existing IT staff.
Can you provide on-site support?
Yes, although most of our services can be provided remotely we are can also provide global on-site IT support.
Do you sell to personal customers as well as business ones?
Yes, we sell to personal, business and Public Sector customers.
The product I want to order is showing "Please contact for stock"
This means that the product is either a special order item or we are waiting for more stock. In either case we can usually fulfil your order within 4 weeks.
What are Grey Market products and do you sell them?
A Grey Market product is one that has been manufactured by or with the consent of the brand owner but is sold outside of the brand owner's approved distribution channels. Grey Market products are often available at a lower cost but because they are unauthorized they are not covered by the manufacturer's guarantee or warranty. DTE are an authorised re-seller and do not sell Grey Market products.
